Hello, The initiative this will be used for: I am starting an initiative at work to allow people to engage and interact more frequently. To do this we have decided to randomly pair individuals on a monthly/quarterly basis to have coffees. Currently the list of individuals that would be involved is around 200, these 200 people would need to be split into pairs randomly by the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet would need to also subsequently create further unique pairs for the next time that it is used so that those individuals who are having coffees in the second session are not having it with the same individual. The inputs are as follows: Name, Email and the proposed date & time (for the meeting of each pair) The outputs are as follows: 1. Unique and randomized pairs displayed on the spreadsheet 2. An additional option/button of sending a calendar invite to all the new pairs with an ability to input a particular date and time

I would like to check with you about software for this . I can give you software with the same functionality which you expect in excel and you can install in anywhere in your laptop and you can also see the report and generate reports of past history. Let me know if you are interested in software. Also if you are not interested, I will do in excel as you suggested
