Research companies that create eLearning courses in North East United States

I need to find ALL eLearning developers and creators within the states of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts (excluding Boston), Rhode Island, Connecticut and New York (excluding New York City). This is an on going project, one state at a time, beginning with Maine. I want the website, phone number, address and direct EMAIL address for a project manager, content director or someone else in the creative process. Do not include sales people. The email address MUST be correct or the contact doesn't count. Please not I'm not looking for university elearning projects or government projects. I'm looking for private eLearning developers/companies and build eLearning solutions for corporate type clients. All information should be provided in an easy to use/read excel spreadsheet. I've done this work for other states and it usually takes a couple of hours max. I'd love to have something for Maine back to me today. Please only bid if you're available today. In your proposal please make it clear that you understand who I'm looking to contact within these companies.
