I need some help with finding some leads. we are a manufacturer and wholesaler of fine silver and handmade jewelry with our main office in New York City, we are hiring for 2-3 years of experience Wholesale Sales Rep to work in our new showroom in Midtown 5th Ave. rep would be responsible for the following: -Setting up buyer meetings in the showroom -Reaching out to new customers and retaining and servicing old clients create sales strategy for the company -attending trade shows -pack and unpack show. Wholesale rep will be asked to do some public relations. -Good written and verbal skills -Must be comfortable communicating and selling in a showroom -Knowledge of gemstones Examples of duties include: -Assist in entering orders and contacting accounts for shipping approvals -Research new markets for accounts and create pitch lists -Attend and assist trade shows and markets (attending trade show in New York is mandatory. Must be available on weekends when there is a trade show -Assist in buyer's appointments as needed in showroom and on road -enter new arrival item -manage showroom sample and inventory -communicate and reorder with our vendors -daily sale report -search and book shows We are looking for a creative, driven and self-sufficient candidate.
