I am looking for an expert who has advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel & S&OP.
I need worksheets with necessary analytics that will help me to expedite my daily work and reporting.
These should include the following:
(i) Sales: forecast, actual sales, variance, cumulative;
(ii) Operations: Plan, actual, cumulative;
(iii) Inventory: Plan, actual, line fill%.
Also should include; shelf life, 3-4 different types of forecasting methods to compare and select the best one, Old vs New plan, stock cover, targets (line fill, inventory, etc), and last but not least should include both units & dollars.
