- I need somebody who can help me reading my emails and update an excel sheet per details in the emails.
- Per details I will provide, the candidate will provide me another excel sheet. The template is ready, I will need the candidate to update it. It will between 10 to 20 files a day. Each one for me takes about 5 to 10 min to complete.
- I need the candidate to have high skill in English writing. I will need him or her to search about some updates on internet and provide me a 3 paragraphs of new written text with references. This may be 5 tasks per week.
- The candidate must be able to upload the files on my companies server via access I will provide. The files will be downloaded from the emails that the candidate will read daily. It may be somewhere between 25 to 100 emails a day.

I receive email from different companies regarding some construction projects. I need to have the information of the email in an excel sheet which I call Bid-Log. Then I have to work on the drawings that the companies send me for each project. So, what I need is the Bid-Log to be updated daily or maybe every other day. Then all the attachments of the emails must go to my company server. Which I will provide you username and password. For each company you will make a folder (or you see the folder I already made). Then you upload all the files related to the projects in the project's folder.
About the other files that it may be between 10 to 20 a day: I need to submit a proposal to the companies. So I need you to prepare some part of the proposal (company name, receiver's name, address of the project, etc. ). This goes to the project folder as well.
Then I will do my part and I will submit the proposal.
Regarding the 3 paragraphs. This is related to aviation industry. What I need is:
Please read the recent news in aviation industry, airlines, airports, passengers problems, development of the airports, etc, then write 3 paragraphs like a news report for me. I need between 3 to 4 news a day. Preferably 4.
But I need you please pay attention to the news rules, because this will go to my website. So, it must be written in a totally new language and it must have few references. We also have to put the link to the news in our references list.
