Our Expectations: We are looking to hire a Direct Response Facebook Marketing Expert, on a Full Time basis working 40-50hrs per week. This means 8-10 hours Per day. You will be ultimately responsible for Generating: Return on Investment and Return on Ad Spend for our clients! You will need to optimize each ad campaign daily to Minimize the Cost Per Lead/Action to as Low as possible, so it Maximized our clients returns. You should know Facebook In and Out and know Everything there is to know when it comes to Facebook Paid Advertising. We will provide you High End Advanced Training Courses on Facebook Paid Advertising. These will be expensive courses usually in the tens of thousands of dollars; however, we will organize these courses to show our commitment to your growth. This will also ensure you are using the latest cutting-edge knowledge to apply daily for our business. Salary: You will be working Exclusive for us, and Only us, on a Full Time basis working 40-50hrs per week. This means 8-10 hours Per day. We are offering between $300USD - $400USD per month, Depending on Skills, Expertise and Years of Experience. We would like to have the successful candidate as part of our team for the long term. The applicant we hire will need to meet the following criteria: • Available on skype (when needed) and Must work exclusively for us; • Very Dependable, Reliable; • Honest and Very Trustworthy; • Own a powerful computer (ideally with 2 monitors for dual display); • Have a fast and reliable Internet connection. • Excellent Written and Spoken English; • Must record a daily video up to 5mins before you finish each day, that will show me what they worked on for the day and the results you achieved. How we will communicate: We will communicate with you (if we need to), via Recorded screen capture videos to show you what we need done. These videos will be uploaded to your dropbox and then we will email you asking you to watch the video and complete our requirements.
