Hi,
I WAS associated as a Project Manager for a Law group and for them I was taking care of mainly the Digital marketing process as technical development was almost complete.
So my day starts with the last day analytics checks, the highest & the lowest CPC & checking the search term.
Then taking a call with the team members to plan the day & have the daily standup call. We were a team of 25 people approx from around the globe.
After that, I have the call with the person from a law firm who hired all of us I give him update about the previous day, current day & if any roadblocks.
Apart from that shoot a daily update mail mentioning the KPI's if any new thing happens.
Weekly we work on conversions rate, planning, interactions & engagements made. As we worked on social media platforms & also work on a various tool which the company purchased for us like Brand24, Spyfu, SEMrush, Raven, Moz.
In noon time I do check over bringing something on the system via competitor analysis, checking on team members & make sure there is no hindrance issues.
