Request for Accountant or Financial Management near Kissimmee FL

I have a bank account in Italy, with Banco Di Napoli. They have complicated their on-line banking with some sort of a process of number code to mobile device. I need help about that. One chore is to order them to wire transfer all or most of my bank funds to my USA bank account Bank of America. Perhaps that is only one hour work. The bank has ignored my written, registered mail instruction, for some reason. There may be other chores for someone who is Italy or Italian proficient, as I prepare to complete house renovation there, communicate with insurance there, and sell my former residence there. There is some issue/problem of hassle from on-the-take people.
