Looking for people who can speak Finnish

My company is trying to establish a free-to-call, free-to-use telephone-based VOICE CHAT system in Finland. Not a sex chat! Just casual conversations, talking to strangers, smalltalk, maybe finding new friends etc.

For this purpose we need YOU! If you speak Finnish. Your job would be to dial in to the system and hang around in one of the public chatrooms. Since everything is really new, and there are not many callers yet, most of the time you'll listen to radio (Radio Helsinki) because that's what the chat system does if no one else is there - it plays radio to you. So, basically you'll get paid to listen to radio on the phone. If someone joins, you should engage in a conversation with them.

Most important is though that the chat is not completely empty if someone joins.

We still have almost 24 hours per day available for new operators, so, just tell us which time you would like to work, e.g. Monday to Friday 09:00 - 13:00, or weekends 20:00 to 02:00, and this will be your spot!

Since we're new, and since we don't earn any money, we can only pay 5 USD per hour. But, most of the time you won't have anything to do, so you can do other things on the side as long as you'll be there if someone starts a conversation.

There are 2 ways to dial in for operators:

1. Call a normal landline number in Helsinki.

2. You can connect via Voice-over-IP from anywhere in the world. You just need a stable internet connection. We'll help you with setting that up.
