MAGENTO STORE - MUST BE FANTASTIC, ORIGINAL WITH YOUR INPUT WELCOME

We are searching for a REAL extremely talented person or team that is more than highly qualified with impeccable skills! You MUST understand how to create graphics specifically for a completely customized Magento store. We do not want general templates Our Specific Needs Are: * Magento Store Graphics (you must COMPLETELY understand Magento and have EXCEPTIONAL Graphic Design skills in photoshop and illustrator). * Create a full server side admin area that is easy for us to maintain, add / remove products, pricing, specials, stock control etc.. * Banner / Magento Header Designs * Custom Layout, Background, Icons * A true talent to create and think outside conventional boring graphics. * Flash banners, gif's and any great ideas that you can also come up with. * We are willing to purchase addon commercial scripts where needed to to add extra functionality to the site. If you are a true Magento specialist with amazing design skills and not going to show us sites that someone else made, we will be more than happy to speak with you. We are definitely searching for a truly talented person or team with no BS. *** IMPORTANT *** We will check with site references to ensure you are as good as you say you are... If you think you're the right person / team, please submit a bid with examples of your best work which only relates to what we are searching for. We really don't want to waste time going through hundreds of sites that are just classed as "OK or Fair". (We want to see your "Best Work") You'll really need skills in all of the following which we want to see in your bid. * Your previous "Best Logo Designs" * Your previous custom made Magento stores (no template monster sites etc..) * Any Flash banner / header design work. We do have a large amount of sites to create (starting with this site initially) and for the right person / team, there will be ongoing work for the right people. ** NOTE ** We have advertised this in the past and submitted a basic logo to the chosen team. What we requested was if the designers could put a simple (but effective) line of text that said [login to view URL] next to our logo. What we received for the milestone that was paid was crap.
