Virtual Boxing Unity 3D game design and development required

NOTE: I have budget of 90000 and timeline for 2.5 months fixed. It should include designing (3D), development of app and development of backend- backend will be simple. Ref: [login to view URL] (Try installing in 2 mobile phones to play) OBJECTIVE This “Virtual Boxing 3D Game” will be a game application with the multiplayer functionality where 2 players can play Boxing Game Virtually using video with each other. Players can view each other using the mobile front camera and hit each other using tapping on the screen, when that hit on the face, it will cause damage on the face virtually and their energy bar will go down after each hit and ultimately one winner will be announced. Players can also view the demo initially just after the signup and play a demo game with the computer to understand the game flow. After demo they can repeat the demo or proceed if they are ready with the demo part. After demo they will be able to play 2 categories of the game as: 1. Player vs Player 2. Player vs Computer In addition, there will be features of the social media such as manage profile, real time voice and video chats for gaming. Users can also send friend request to each other during the game or search using the user ID and after acceptance of the friend request, user can chat with each other peer to peer. There will be an option to manage the friends and friend's requests. There will be an option to buy gloves for the fight to generate income through it.
