Making games for 3+ years in Unity3D and am experienced in 3D modelling, and materials in Blender. I've done photo-realistic architectural models before so I can for sure get your environment done. I can deliver in 3 days and you can expect that it will look basically like the picture. Since you're making a game yourself; are you planning on making materials yourself?
