Create an MMO space game

I have an idea for an MMO space game and need it built. The successful applicant will need to have some demonstrated knowledge or past work in creating online games. Due to budgeting, this project will be paid out in milestones twice per month (depending on the winning bid amount.) The game will need to have a unique implemented account for myself that is not so much for playing the game but for updating events, awarding items or bonuses to players that have missed out due to a bug etc. The owner account will basically need to be able to send various instructions server side that will then impact the game. -All quick and general proposals that haven't read this brief will be ignored. -Bidding high as a proposal will guarantee you won't be accepted. -Having some knowledge of implementing the game onto a server will help your proposal and will also guarantee some future work in implementing the game to the server. Further details for game: SPace based game were pilots fight NPC's, other players in certain conditions and complete tasks. Ships are customizable with various equipment from shields, plasma weapons and rockets available from a shop. Various items and credits will be purchasable from in store for real money and will also have available premium memberships as well.
