Rememebr the old geocities before yahoo bought them out?
I need a basic site that will allow users to sign up and use a WYSIWYG editor to create a website. The users should also have the option of uploading their own images and their own html code if wanted.
When a user creates a website, they will have a section across the top that houses an advertising banner and google adwords.
The banners and adwords will be rotated throughout the pages and should be random.
The backend should allow for admin to login, edit banner images, edit banner link codes, and edit adwords associated with site on a global basis - there is no need to customize adwords or banners on a user (or page by page) basis. Backend should allow for suspension and/or deletion of user accounts and website and will also need a quicklink to email members individually or globally.
Clarifications should be asked before bid is placed.
It is okay to use existing tools/software for development to help keep the price down.
