I can convert DWG to PostGIS using FME. It is not clear how the attributes are stored in DWG (attributed blocks or some other approach). PostgreSQL/PostGIS table already exists or it should be created as well? Where the interface should be deployed? Stored features could be served via WMS or WFS within OpenLayers web interface. I'm asking these questions just to let the project manager aware that I have a clear idea for the solution.
