Looking for somebody that can build a website that can make $20 per day

I'm trying to find somebody that can create up to 5 sites (we can just start with 5, if i'm satisfied let's do more) on a wordpress platform that can make $15-$20 per day and must be related to a topic that will reamin of interest in the long run. I don't mind which type of monetization that you make the money, wheter it is Google adsnse, text link ads, cpa offers, affiliate products, etc.. or even a combination of things. The site has to be original content and SEO optimized with keywords used in it frequently. The look must be proffesional, neat, clean and optimized to draw in folks to click on the ads. Contentent cannot be garbled or spun text and must pass copyscape. Pictures must be copyright free etc.... I will pay the amount of big only AFTER I see a consistent income in my adsense account and when I will have proof of the earning of the websites. If this project works fine, you can do more websites for me. Just some rules, only white hat techniques, no spamming, unique organic traffic (no bots of traffic bought sites), no aublogs. I ONLY WANT ORGANIC TRAFFIC, NO PPC, ADWORDS OR OTHER TRAFFIC SOURCES. You will choose the keywords and the niche, but you need to describe to me a plan about how you will generate the traffic and why do you want to choose that niche. Backlinks to the websites must be strictly be WHITE HAT, with the right PR (2,3,4) and within reason (no spamming). WHITE-HAT STRATEGIES ONLY! Traffic and clicks must be White Hat Only. No Black/Grey Hat methods and no search engine penalties.
