call function and formula set up at google sheet with call recording to be hypelink data to be able to send to telegram

a click to call function was set - it will open up skype to open up application to dial the number . - there will be a Skype record to record the conversation. I need to do a set up as such . -To have the skype voice record auto save in the google drive folder -The calls make via the click to call from the sheet is tag to that record . The data will be distribute to callers .. Eg Caller A will not be able to See caller B sheet But I will need to have a admin or master sheet where to be able to access all sheet by the way for import data or export data to the caller individually 1) The voice record will be save with a hyplink to the cell on sheet 2) a function to export a row of cell data to telegram with the voice clip hyperlink attached
