Integrate content from the web into a drop-down menu

I would like to integrate content from different websites in a platform where users can be able to filter content according to specific parameters (i.e. I would also like contents to be visualized in google maps. I would also need a specific area of the site where users can add content by themselves. I would like the process to be as much automatized and dynamic as possible

Since websites are very different from each other and data are not organized in the same way I would like to get first an evaluation of the feasibility of the project.
