Build A Dynamic Adult Social Dating Site With Profiles, & Bots

I am looking to hire a developer to build an adult dating / social site with the looks and features similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], xprofiles, etc, but cannot be a copy of those sites as it needs to be unique. The site will need have all the basic user functions of similar adult dating sites such as ability to see who's online, members in there area, other members profiles, ability to create a unique profile of there own expressing their self similar to myspace profile yet not as advance but with the ability to comment on others profiles and pictures, the ability to add members as friends, message friends, message contacts etc pretty much all the basic abilities of dating site and basic social network setup. Members will be able to join for free, and as free member they will be able to view other members on the site and in their area and who's online, see that there are emails in inbox but will not be able to read them, see friend request that were received by other members, pretty much all the basic features on restricted free account. Yet the members on a free account will not be able to message members, read emails, accept friend invites, or see who has viewed them unless they pay a membership fee and upgrade to a premium membership. There will need to be 40-100 fake profile bots that are of hot real looking women that have profiles which are dynamically geo targeted to free members area, these bots will need to automatically send messages enticing members to read the messages, automatically send friend request, view members profiles, emails generated and sent to the users stating these bots have viewed there profile sent them messages and friend request, etc to entice the new free member to signup for a premium membership so they may contact these members have advantage of all the features. There will also need to be anywhere from 500k to 2 million fake profiles generated on the system of 80-90% women, and 10-20% men that are real looking profiles with 1-5+ pictures, details about themselves, and area that they located. Roughly 60% of the profiles need to be in the USA, 15% in CA, 10% in UK, 8% in AU, 5% NZ, and 2% ZA. The site will need to be a dynamic site with admin user control panel where I can easily modify, edit, and add to the contents and design of site such as text, color, pictures, banners, etc as well as the ability to edit, approve, deny, suspend, block each individual member within the database, ability to setup free trials, set up recurring billing, issue refunds, change membership settings, ability to ad additional admins to the site as well moderators with their own separate logins to the admin section. The site will need to have an in house affiliate program as well where affiliates can join and generate dynamic links that will track the user that signup for free members generated and if the members they refer decide purchase a premium membership during the lifetime of their use, as well reporting for the affiliates where it will show how many clicks they have generated, leads, and or sales with total amounts earned. With the ability be paid on per sale basis and per lead basis if approved by admin. Within the affiliates control area there will also need to be an area where affiliates can pull banners with banner html. There will need to be separate area with the admin user control panel where the admin can approve and deny affiliates request to join, suspend or terminate affiliates, as well change whether they are on a per lead basis or per sale basis and how much the affiliates will be paid per lead or per sale. I am open to have this site designed and built from scratch or integrated with open source software. The features above are generalization and overview, the site will need to function and have all the features the sites listed above, and have admin interface similar to dolphin yet the additional advance features I have mentioned.
