This project will be funded by a KickStarter campaign.
This project must be managed by me the entire way to ensure everything comes out as planned. Fluency in the English language will be required for me to communicate with you easily and clearly and ensure that no details are missed or misunderstood.
I need a website built that is secure and stable. I cannot have any bugs or security vulnerabilities in the final site. The site will need the following components:
-CSS Scrollbar Generator (I have the files that will be generated/modified)
-CSS Cursor Generator
-PayPal API
-BitCoin API
-Media-Download API (Download from YouTube, SoundCloud, etc.)
-Flash Arcade
-Social Media Integration (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.)
-Sweepstakes Program
-Multi-Language Support (I will need to be able to edit/add new languages)
-Cydia Repository
-Forum
-Good Navigation/Search (Results need to be fast & relevant)
-Blog Section
Now for the details:
This site is to be a database for hacks/mods for all platforms. I need to be able to add a platform with ease from an admin panel. For me to access the admin panel, an account with administrator privileges must be signed in.
There will be several account types:
-Guest (Level 1 Access)
-Basic site access.
-Member (Level 1 Access)
-No "Watch to Download" Ads.
-etc.
-Creator (Creator Level Access)
-Can create new projects (Admin permission to publish)
-Can
-Premium Member (Level 2 Access)
-No Ads (except external ads).
-Discounts on Custom Projects.
-Access to Premium Content.
-etc.
-Moderator (Level 3 Access)
-Can mark a user account for review.
-Can mark forum threads for review.
-etc.
-Super Moderator (Level 4 Access)
-Can temporarily suspend a user account (Up to time that I set).
-Can award badges in forum.
-Can approve URLs in forum posts.
-etc.
-Admin (Level 5 Access)
-Can permanently suspend a user account (with Super Admin permission).
-Can access user account details (Super Admin permission required to modify).
-Can create new sweepstakes contests (with Super Admin permission).
-Can create new pages & directories (with Super Admin permission to publish).
-etc.
-Super Admin (Full Control)
-Can create new accounts.
-Can ban IP addresses from site, blog, forum, or all 3.
-Can modify account types.
-etc.
Anything that needs "Super Admin Permission" will need to "Pend Approval" and have "Super Admin" approve or deny the action/modification. "Super Admin" can do everything that "Admin" can and so on down the line. I need to be able to modify names of different account types as "Super Admin".
Everything will need to be organized for easy editing later on. This site will need to have admin access to change everything at once or each page individually. (I should be able to set individual page themes, favicons, tags, description, etc.)
As a user with Level 4 or above access, I need to be able to click a button to create a page from a preset template and then just edit text fields to change the page content. I need to be able to specify image URLs as well.
I will need to be able to add attributes to individual accounts such as an attribute that allows a user to have automatic approval on something(s).
There needs to be an anti-spam feature in the forum that only displays posts once they have been approved unless a user has automatic approval on their account.
There needs to be an area where members can request projects if the project doesn't already exist. There needs to be a sort of search system that does a keyword search when they fill out the project title. If something pops up and they click on it, they are taken to that page rather than submitting the form.
The site has a lot more that I need done and is all going to be funded through KickStarter. I currently don't have a budget set so once I start getting quotes I will launch the fundraiser.
