Build a Website

Hello, Looking for someone to help me bring my idea to an actual, functioning website. I am looking for someone to help me create a website that is basically an internet trend aggregator. My site, which I already have a domain name for, will allow people to sign up for free, and select from a list of popular internet websites, such as Google, Youtube, Pinterest, Twitter...AOL, Yahoo, CNN, MSN....any site were users can see what's trending. As in, the most popular things that people are searching for (Google, Yahoo, Bing), or the most popular YouTube videos at the moment, or what’s trending on Twitter….or the top news stories on AOL, MSN, CNN…TechCrunch even. And then, after a user chooses their favorite sites, each site will display in a tile/box listing the top 10 items trending from that site. The goal is for people to make this grid of trends, their homepage. Here is how I envision the process: People would navigate to my site at: [login to view URL] The homepage of the site would need to look and feel very much like this: [login to view URL] This site can be purchased right now from Themeforest.net. However, right now it is free for July. I have downloaded it and can provide it if you need it. I would like for my site to function very much like this. Using the supplied site/template, there are basically 4 sections that I would need for my site: Home - Sign Up/Sign In – Trend Sources – Contact. The template uses a menu at the top right of the page, with a slider feature that moves along when you select a menu option. Keep any Facebook and Twitter icons, references, links currently on the site, I will administer those. All other sections/content of the site/template, can be deleted. Home The homepage will have a new logo, I will design that. Keep the current sliders, graphics, as well as the fly-in text boxes. I will replace the video with a simulation video that I will create. Trend Sources When a user clicks this link from the main menu at the top-right of the page, the site should auto-scroll down to this section of the page. This should display, some of the sites that a user can sign up to view the trends from. Ideally, I would like to use each site’s actual logo, as opposed to a list of plain text. Maybe 10 or so listed – whatever is easiest. Sign Up/Sign In When a user clicks this, the site should auto-scroll down to that section of the page. This is where a user can sign up to create their grid of trends, or, sign in to edit their existing grid of trends. If they are a new user, they should be asked to create an account by entering in a username/pass, as well as an email address in order to create their account. User will then select which sites they want to see trends from. Sites should be laid out in a table of 4 columns, and however many rows are necessary. Each site will have a check-box next to it so a user can select it. Once a user selects the sites they want to build their grid of trends with, the user will click a button labeled “Build Your Grid!”. Once clicked, the user is taken to a new page that houses their grid of trends, VERY MUCH LIKE THIS: [login to view URL] You can purchase this if necessary from here: [login to view URL] I don’t want all of the extra graphics on the page, just the grids and the background image. The list of links from each respective site should be scrolling within each tile in their grid, for that site. When a user mouses over a link in the grid, the scrolling should stop.
