Ok so I have narrowed down exactly what I need and want so I deleted the last project because I was confusing myself and others. This is what I want....I want to add a page to my website that is a Customer form. The page will include customer name and contact info, customer vehicle info, services requested menu with pricing, terms and conditions section with some sort of signature area. I will be using this page on an ipad. Basically a customer walks in, I hand them the ipad on this page, they enter all their info and service request. The form autopopulates the amounts, adds tax and gives them a total. Then they sign that they are ok with pricing and we clean their car. I would like this info to populate to a database of some sort for further email marketing, review ability. Currently all we use is Quickbooks and excel. Thank you. BTW do not send me some copy and paste offer response. If you cannot take the time to read what I want I will not hire you. Thanks again..
