Animation for video courses in IT area.

I need animation for video courses in IT area. I attached a page with the script and static image. I would like a short animation of the static image. Most animation will contain IT icons from Visio. Some animations will be gradual color and area changes, some - icons will follow the path. I will not need crazy figures. Most of the figures will be rectangles, Visio diagrams, server icons and so on. In case of successful collaboration, I will need a lot of short animations, so please make sure to propose a reasonable quote for the first project so we can move further with this collaboration. There is no time limit from the beginning.
