App design for ambulance booking application + Requirements doc

This project is to build TWO components: 1. MOCKUP DESIGNS of Mobile App 2. Requirements document design (include Java and Python as programming language for Andoird and iOS) Primary discussions on the phone/ over skype. Will require you to be creative and preferably you have experience in building booking apps in past: MOBILE DESIGN: ================ 1. design login page, for both: ambulance drivers and users; (login registration only with mobile number) 2. ambulance choice (Basic, EMS, Pediatric, ACLS) + with doctor without doctor 3. app screen for entering from and to destination 4. app screen for pricing view based on location and ambulance type 5. app screen for payment (cash + standard credit cards) 6. The accepted booking will show the approximate value of journey (feedback from backend agents) 7. Each ambulance should have description with the "i" information icon (eg basic: no support; EMS: life support with paramedic and doctor; pediatric: child support with paramedic) 8. Screen for ambulance driver app to see the booking information (from and to location + comments made by agents on booking) REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENT: ======================== Objective is to build an Ambulance Booking system for User, Ambulance driver and our paramedics and agents Journey in general: - User requests to book an ambulance type - This request is received by agents in backend - The agent then accepts booking and calls the user for details - Payment can be made via app using payment gateway or via cash - provisions need to be made for both - User journey from moment ambulance is booked; to pickup and drop off: - Driver side application should include booking information and any other comments made during booking. - app must have provision to select preferred ambulance types (basic vs emergency medical service vs pediatric) - app must have provision to fill form for medical history or to give consent for us to call doctor for medical history Requirements document should include the following: 1. Functional Requirements 2. Non-functional requirements 3. In Scope/ Out of scope requirements 4. Wireframes and mockups 5. Provision for future - Geolocation using GPS coordinates/ open API map coordinates 6. Potential implementation timeline of above features and mockups.
