Art commission of a dog in a specific style

My mom had to put her dog down about a month ago because he was very old and very sick. She loved that dog to bits and took him in as a stray and treated him like a king. Before he passed she would talk about how he reminded her of the dog Dante from the movie Coco. He was a tiny chiuaua but acted a lot like Dante.
In the movie Dante is a normal dog but turns into an Alebrije which is like an animal spirit guardian and his coat turns into all of these bright colors.
So we wanted to commission a drawing of him in the alebrije style as a present to my mom for Christmas. I will provide pictures and more in detail information once we hire someone.
We are looking to pay about $30 for an 8x10 canvas drawing. We'd also want to see a profile of some other commissions you have done.
