Artist needed ASAP!

I need an artist to fix or redo an image for the back book cover. I need this today!!!!!!I ONLY NEED THE MAN TO BE FIXED AND PAINTED OVER TO LOOK LIKE A SKETCH. The background I have saved in photoshop. The previous artist simply cut and paste an image that I provided as a sample to help, Unfortunately, he simply cut the image and that was all. He did sketch the feet. I ideally I simply need a sketch of the man or the current sketch painted over and then I will plug in photoshop. The lower body is fine as is the head. Simply the body must be sketched over and edges fix. Also, the hands and arms need a little work. The shape is exact as it is simply a cut out from a photo . I also need a person familiar with UV setup for book covers. SO AGAIN!!!!I ONLY NEED THE UPPER BODY OF THE MAN TO BE SKETCHED OR THIS IMAGE PAINTED OVER WITH EDGES AND ARMS, HANDS FIXED. Of course it might be better to lightly paint over the head, but the lightning as it is now is how I want.
