Brand Identity Design for Movie Ticketing Application (Logo, etc.)

DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO SIGN AN IP TRANSFER AGREEMENT. To put it quite simply, I'm a software engineer who's not so great at design and I'm looking for a motivated graphic designer who can work with the base idea and icon that we've already got and basically help us to develop an awesome, modern-looking brand identity logo for our new mobile application company. So, as I've noted, we've already got an icon and color scheme that we like and we need to basically expand this into our full brand identity logo (one involving the entire name of our company, a distinct and modern-looking font, easy to use on banners, etc.) I can give you some more insight into what our application actually is and what we've got done already, etc. over private message. Hopefully you can take what little artistic details I can provide (trust me, I'm really bad at anything artistic) and create something distinct and cool. NOTE: If you've got better ideas then please don't hesitate to share because I'm very open to them. I'm interested in hearing what feedback you, as an experienced artist, can provide in order to assist us with developing a better product.
