Build a high fidelity mockup/user interface for a reading mobile app ( IPhone, IPAD & Android)

I would like to have graphical hi fidelity mock ups that will be used to build an app that assists with reading different languages using stories and audio. What I require is a mobile application that can work on I-Phone, I-PAD and Samsung Android phones. The application will allow an administrator portal that can be used to upload content which will be defined by Book, Grade Level, Language Type, Chapters, Pages, Pictures, Audio. The system will display a dashboard that will allow the end user to select the grade level of the reader. The system dashboard will allow the user to define their native language and the language of the story they wish to read. The system will display a dashboard that will allow the end user to select a book that is to be read. The system shall show books that are free, enabled and those that require a cost. The end user will have the ability to select a book and determine whether it is to be read using the selected language Depending on the language selected, the text on the screen will render appropriately The end user will have the ability to select a chapter in a book that is to be read using the defined language The end user will have the ability to read one page at a time and can select next or previous page. The end user will have the ability to play or not play audio for any page. The end user will be able to toggle between languages for every page. The system will be able to display every page with a picture image and text.. The successful candidate will detail sample UI/UX work that has been done to support Android, IOS and IPAD
