Build informative brochure/document for product

I need an informative document created for a product we are launching. There should be 4 sections to this document (each being a page): introduction, automation, integration, reporting. Each page should have a sidebar with the same information on it: Get Started, BluInsurance Customers, Table of Contents. On each page I need an attractive stock photo banner that relates to technology/business. Ideally it would be similar to attached document Pathway_Product_Sheets.pdf. The overall structure and content is defined by the Information Brochure Document.pdf. The first page will be an introduction page. On this page there will be 4 paragraphs. The first been a high level introduction, then the next three describing automation, integration and reporting. For these three, please use a small header to label each paragraph. The second through fourth pages will be pages on automation, integration and reporting, respectively. Each of these pages will have 2-3 paragraphs on them describing the features (please put a small header for each feature). To the left of each paragraph on these pages will be a picture. The Information Brochure [login to view URL] describes what pictures correspond to each paragraph. It is important that these pictures are all the same width for consistency throughout the document. The sidebar will have Get Started, BluInsurance Customers and Table of Contents sections. The content for the sidebar is in the last part of the Information Brochure Document.pdf. For Table of Contents, please bold whatever page the reader is currently on. The banner should be simple with our logo ([login to view URL]) on the left side and a stock photo related to technology/business on the right hand side. Beyond that, please feel free to be creative when designing this. The color scheme is defined by our logo ([login to view URL]). With dark blue and white being the main colors, and light blue used if needed.
