Build a simple product website, subscription billing, and account status check

Website (High-Level description): A website where user can create account and buy a subscription-based software (monthly) and as needed services. User can pay by credit card, or other online means such as paypal. Website should automatically bill each month. For each software subscription, the user will enter a "Personal Value" on the website. We will store this value in the user record. The user can update this value at any time. As long as the customer is paying their subscription, the status of "personal value" is Active. If they are not paying then it is "inactive". We will help user to install software on their personal computer. Each time they use the software, the software will do a web-request get along with the "personal value" to make sure the status is Active. The website should be able to return True or False flag based on their persons subscription status for the "personal value" record. Admin : 1. List Product for subscription 2. List a service for sale 3. View customers and their subscription 4. Capture additional detail input by customer for each software subscription 5. View new customers 6. View new customers who were referred by existing customer 7. Ability for admin to go and change subscription price for specific customer for each subscription Customer : 1. Create an account 2. Add product and service to cart 3. Ability to buy product in qty greater than 1 4. For each product purchased, ability to enter "Personal Value" 5. User can update / edit "personal Value" at any time 6. User can have unique referral link to give to family and friends 7. User can share referral link and have others sign up with it 8. User have ability to cancel subscription
