Build Upon Website, create new social media app

Web Developer Application Budget: $500 for improved website; $1500 - $5000 for fitness application FitUniverse is a athletic wear company that aims to inspire its customers to feel confidence and radiate encouragement through its wide array of products. Currently our website ([login to view URL]) is powered by Wix. We would like to remain with this platform however, we are open to converting to SquareSpace or another platform based on a bunch of factors. If you wish to switch platforms please provide a detailed reason for doing so. Currently we are compiling digital content (photos, videos, etc.) for the improved website. We would like to change the aesthetic of our page to mirror the main page of [login to view URL] All that needs to be done is take the new digital content and rearrange the layout slightly, this should be the easiest part of the project. All digital content will be delivered to our developer by 11/01/18 and we would like the new website completed and ready to launch on 11/15/18. The larger part of this project will be the social networking app. In order to inspire our customers to chase their best selves, we want to create a social networking app that allows for them to connect with each other, motivate, and help each other reach their goals. We would want to use a Facebook API to sign in. Customers would be allowed to upload digital content as long as it is fitness related. We ultimately would want the app to serve as a source of motivation, information, and consolidation of all things fitness. We would like an explore page, a timeline tab, and a profile page for the app. It should mirror Instagram as many people are already familiar with the layout. We would also like to include the use of hashtags and their ability to cross social media platforms. We would also like to add in an incentive (point) system that rewards our customers for referrals, purchasing products, engaging with other users, and posting content themselves. Reward points can be put towards future product purchases. The point to currency conversion will likely be 100 points = $1. We need to launch the application on 12/31/18. Lastly, we would like a developer that is willing to be on standby for maintenance in the unfortunate and unlikely case that certain problems arise.
