This is a site for listing all available wedding venue in Hong Kong. We provide venue details and images for customers to browse. Each venue page will contain below details: - Profile Pic - A big cover pic - Unlimited other pics - Chinese Name - English Name - Phone No - Email - Chinese Address - English Address - Contact Person - Seats Available Range - Budget Range - Type of venues (Hotel, Restaurant, Special Place) Functional Requirement Role - Admin - Venue Owner - Site Editor Access Right - The site owner can certain row can update the venue info, including uploading and removing photos. - A particular venus photo is not accessible by other venue owners in the edit panel. (The default Wordpress makes all media resources available to everyone. We don't want this.) I am the owner - A function for user to claim that he/she is the owner of the venue. - The validation process will be done offline. Once that's confirmed, there needs to have a function for our stuff to associate the venue to the owner's account. Page Editor - Both venue owner and site editor can edit info of the venue - This includes upload pages, modify contact info, etc Contact Venue - When user clicks the 'Contact Venue' button on the venue page - A form panel will pop up on the page. Data includes customer's First Name, Last Name, Tel No, Email, Wedding Date Range, etc. - A email will be sent to the venue automatically - The screen will change to the other pop up, showing the phone no and email address of the venue. So customers can call them directly in case if the venue doesn't reply Search Criteria - Type of venue, district, budget range, available seat range Batch Data Loading - Load in init data. I will provide an excel. No init photos needs to be loaded in. Only text data. Mobile Friendly - The layout has to be responsive Pages - Landing - 3 Listing Pages (Hotel, Restaurant, Special Place), each with different background and color style. - 3 Venue Pages. Different type of venue will have different type of style. - Contact Us / About Us Language - This is a Chinese site. We are looking for someone who understands Chinese. Technology - We strongly encourage to use Wordpress and bootstrap. Features has to be implemented by plugin and theme. But we are open if you have better suggestions. - Wordpress - Features must be done by using plugin or you create your own plugin. Don't make change to the Wordpress core. There will be four users modes over the website which will be as follows: 1. Admin: Admin will be able to add venues and can also modify their details. They can also manage static content over the site. 2. Sub Admin or staff: They can associate venues with the venue owners accounts. 3. Venue Owners: Add and modify venue details over the site and receive inquires from customers. 4. Customers: Search for venues, Restaurant, Hotel r special places and view details. Submit their inquiries by providing personal information or directly contact to owners.
