I am interested in the project both for character design as well as scene level boss backdrops and oject (powers included) animations. I have some experience in game assets for ios and android but my heart is 8bit eprom - 16bit Genesis days where 3d is implied. I have not began to breach beyond platform overhead style map RPG and feel VR and AR loses play control and fun. I hope to be given a chance to put to the test my artistic creativity. I am interested in creating artwork for your game Demons & Saints, and am willing to provide art assets at the rate which you advertised, including cover art, internal panel art, character portraits (a specialty of mine), monster art, and maps. To clarify, the rate you described is $10-40 for internal art and maps, and $50-300 for cover art, with negotiation for high quality or distinctive work.
