I am creating a customer portal where my customers can both refer + track leads. Functions required include: >Login function (Home Page) >On the "customer introduction" page (Titled "Quick Form Let Us Know About Your New Customer), I require an if function relating to the "Introducer name" and "Program name" drop-down menus. If the introducer selects "WLA", I would like the "Program Name" drop down menu to contain 3 options: "The Advanced Leadership Program", "The Executive Ready Program", and "The Accelerated Leadership Performance Program". If the introducer selects "NESLI", I would like the "Program Name" drop down menu to contain 2 options: "The Advanced Leadership Program" and "The Deputy Principals Leadership Colloquium". >On this "Customer introduction" page, after the customer inputs the details, I would like a function where this information is automatically sent to my company email, and also put into a back end page, which you will also create. >On the customer introduction page, there are 2 submit buttons. If you click the right one, a success popup is displayed on screen, which I will want in the wordpress site you create. If possible, I would like you to create a submit button which will also lead to this popup message, but at the same time, will submit/send the information in the form to me, and the back end website you will create. >The "Portal" Page (Titled: Loan Tracking) will be a page where the customers can track their referrals to us. I would like this page to be one connected to a back end page you will make for us, from which we can enter the details and fill the table that will be on this page. >I would like this website to work on any type of computer, and be mobile compatible also. I have also created a mobile version of the wix website, however it is not perfect. Please get the mobile version as similar to the desktop version as possible. I'm not necessarily looking for an expert, a developer of an intermediate level is fine. Thank you.
