Copy header and menu from old site to new site.

We recently moved a website from one wordpress multisite install to another. The header has lost it's formatting and needs to be reset on the new site to match the old site. Please view here what I mean:
Old site: [login to view URL]
New site: [login to view URL]
Notice the logo is on the wrong side, the menu is in the wrong place and is too narrow and potentially the z order will need to be changed so menu goes in front of logo. We need a quick turn around on this of less than 24 hours.
