Geo-directory of hotels with ref. link to booking.com. Website based on wordpress. One language. The theme that should be used is traveler [login to view URL] The theme already have an hotel directory/management system. You need also to create a custom (plugin) importer for the table separated data (hotels from [login to view URL]) The importer must support multiple languages and eventually select just one (from the tsv files). When an hotel already exists it should be updated. When a specific description is missing the english description should be used. If the location is missing the data must be created with all the location categories/subcategories. The data that we need to import is freely available from [login to view URL] (register and go to download area) In the hotel page the internal booking system (the internal) must be disabled and also the room reservation (in frontend). The hotel page must show a "book" The main search for the hotels (the one that is already in the theme) must be modified. The "select" menu of the country/city must be replaced with autocompletion and suggestions to the user. There must be a caching system and a scalable optimization of the theme/plugin to support the usage of the amount of data Cached queries, views or anything else that is necessary to run smoothly with 500.000+ records. Your project is ready to execute based on CMS Joomla which is not less popular than WordPress. Most plug-in it there for free. Your task will only supply the materials content and the recommended layout of the home page, as well as functional problems accompanying pages. Maybe my response recommendations on the design of the main page.
