Create and implement theme for our wordpress website(woo commerce ) plus miscellaneous work

Hi,
We have a booking website ([login to view URL]) . We need someone to implement following things.
1 Create and implement a beautiful theme for the website. Including banners. (We already have the logo.) Pages needs to be beautified are follows :Home Page, My Account Page, Checkout Page, Cart Page, Footer , Header , Product Page, Category Page. (Sample booking product is [login to view URL])
2. Install SSL certificate on the Website. SSL . Our hosting account already has SSL. Just installation needs to be done.
3 Email notification needs to be working fine. Though we have tested its working for Bookings. We need someone to test other email notifications if anyone is not working we need you to fix it.
Also website load time needs to be decreased. Currently its very high
