design build simple Buy Sell site with Different roles of users - Admain/Member area

​ ​ We need someone to design, program a simple buy and Sell Site We bring buyers and sellers and brokers to sell and buy a digital product/Service I wan an option to show all Buy Requests , Sell requests All Sellers profile All Buyers Profile All brokers Profile Request for buy or sell can be made via Source Buyer o Source Seller or Intermediate/Broker We also want to add a Role which is call Mandate which is Intermediate/broker who is direct to Buyer or Seller So roles are Source Buyer Source Seller Mandate Buyer Mandate Seller Intermediary/Broker When click View Sellers or View Buyers Will show their info with their Type: Buyer , Seller, Mandate Buyer, Mandate Seller, Intermediary/Broker and some icon Name Web site Optional Country Contact Info: WhatsUps Skype Phone Email * Important - A user when register and select a role must select any role from the options After user agree to an Online document Signature he can only register on site Pages we need to have: Home, Sign up, Login, Post Request, Browse Buy/Sell Requests , View Sellers, View Buyers About us, Contact us , FAQ , Terms/Privacy * you can find a word pres theme and customize it all - Great ! We need also all back end - where user can update his profile, and submit a request for buy or sell, or contact role directly A buyer or a seller who sign up will have different docusign form then a mandate or a Broker You need to design and program front end ( would not show actual vendors/Buyers/etc until reg - Free but with docusign integration ) Will show all requests before registration. So you do design and programming and backend of role to update his listing or request and all requests can be submitted to right buyers or sellers on system - based on filtering the submitter can choose Example: All Countries, or only USA or Minimum Amount buyer, or Based on his role - send request to only mandates, or all buyer mandate sor all sellers mandate, etc When create request will be filtering params to choose which these params wil shown when browsing all roles as well Like show all sellers from this country or Sellers who only mandates..or Source sellers. Have in yoru estimate room for like 12 params crietria for request submit, and for browsing roles and for roles updating their profile with these filering There should be also an Admin access to see all that is happening on the system and all contracts signed via registration * Important : If you can do site communication of all matching where you open communication for all parties after request acceptance or reply great or better admin will open communication after a MATCH status or OK/Accept communication between Submitter of request and buyers/sellers/mandate/broker etc communication be be set offline or better( will pay extra if you have a system that works online to track all communication with direct email , etc) But can be offline after communication is open. We like also in each role admin area when he login the status of all request Open, Closed Success, Notes, Communication Emails/Chat, Documents, etc * If you can have a system that does this last admin area management is great ...but we can just do the matching and then all tracking is done offline But still admin can see and all roles all request made : Pending, Live, Cancelled on their login area This should be simple! We want a simple . clean solution at a small Budget Budget $300 for everything ! lets see if our concept works and then we can do nicer design and increase programming. So great opp for long time Thx​
