I have 11 vacation rental cottages in Finland, majority of our customers are referrals and now we want to serve them and also try to find new customers through a clean, easy to use, very informative website.
Our family name is also our domain, [login to view URL], we are very proud of our farm and we want to have a nice modern websites which is supporting the business.
Current website was created in 2009, it is very much outdated and doesn't feel very much our own. The logo was designed by a local designer, and it + look and feel would also need some enhancement...
I wish to have a modern, simplistic and responsive website. I already have empty Wordpress platform in my use and would like to see that it would be the platform used in this project.
What I expect from you is:
1. A proposal how to improve the website, feel free to propose. I want to see some of your previous projects and how your ideas would be implemented.
Some musts are availability calendar, contact/reservation forms and easy-to-use photo/video gallery.
2. A good look and feel, responsive template design or proposing some ready-made template
3. Existing information re-written and styled to fluent and correct English
(Existing information in [login to view URL], and [login to view URL], these two sites will be merged into one)
Existing information from 10 cottages, additional information from 1 new cottage.
4. A php based booking calendar transfer from existing website to Wordpress (excel generated, file based availability calendar) or good proposal for better calendar management.

Final site will bi bilangual, Finnish and English, all modifications and new components must support these languages.
I will provide needed materials, codes and photos and access to WordPress
