Design in Flash

This project is for a face lift on an existing UI for an older pc game. UI built with scaleform uses flash and actionscript can be decompiled. I am looking for some one who is proficient in design, actionscript, flash. Scope of the job: -Redesigning the landing page UI. -Adding functionality to the UI components. -Moveable interface to the players likeing. -Transformation of windows. This means pressing an icon to change the way the ui panel looks. [login to view URL] -Making skill bars extend when pressing on a part of them. -Redesigning of some icons and relinking them to work again.(Changing the visual keeping the function) -Designing new icons and giving new functionality(like display an item on the screen) -Correcting some overlaying text Some one who knows actionscript well is a must. I have other ideas I would like to talk about for the design of what is possible and what is not possible. I do see around 20-30 hours worth of work. Maybe more depending on what I am told are the possible things that can be done. -Can a web site be linked into the UI? -How custom can we do text with action script? Color and such. -Can we do client side events? IE Disable icons till a player meets the correct level(Can tell level client side) -Educate me more on the process through out the project.
