UX/UI Design for Auction App

I need a UX and UI design for a web app and mobile app Major Points 1.) There will be three account types a.) Buyer b.) Supplier c.) Admins a.) Buyer i.) Create Auction - Enter Product Details, Qty, Delivery date, Location, Expiry Date for Auction ii.) Choose Auction Type - Public or Private iii.) If Private, Select from list of suppliers according to product details iv.) Choose from Auction Settings v.) Post it live Total no. of screens and clicks needed = 2/3 max vi.) Buyer should be able to see offers received from suppliers (by notification as well), see all responses in group chat view with summary of prices, negotiate in group chat mode with all suppliers or individual basis as well. Group chat view and Individual view should be switched with help of toggle button. Buyer should be able to call a supplier from the app with an option to record vii.) App should show the ranks of suppliers and price comparision vii.) Buyer should be able to award the full or partial quantity to supplier(s) viii.) Search and Add Suppliers in the network ix.) Search other buyer's auctions and request to join them Supplier 1.) Place price quotations to offer invites received from buyers 2.) Add or search buyers 3.) Call or message supplier 4.) Maintain product portfolio
