To develop a community based marketplace.

Hybrid Mobile app developer needed to create Apple and Android apps for creating a community based market place for individual and organization, where seller and buyers would meet. The developer should be able to use an existing framework e.g. Facebook marketplace to quickly create this app (as compared to designing this from scratch). Preference would be given to developers based out of NCR as face to face meetings would be needed to explain requirements and review progress.
