I am looking for a developer who can create a customise Service Tracking and Management System. System development to use PHP and MYSQL System Dataflow: • Managing all the Daily Work Order • Managing all the Preventive Maintenance • Managing all the Worker's working timeline • Managing all the Inventory • Managing all the Delivery • Managing all the Reports Explaination 1. Company receive Order from clients 2. Supervisor input work order in the system 3. Supervisor assign the work to other staff/Technician 4. Technician received work order alert via email. Prompt to login to the system 5. Technician login, accept the assignment and proceed to customer site. 6. Technician check in upon arrival at client site. System timer started. 7. Technican completed the installation or maintenance work by completing the standard work order web form (or if maintenance, use maintenance form). 8. Technician signed, Customer signed on the system and upon click submit, the form will be converted to PDF and stored in the server folder. 9. Technician will also able to send a copy of the form to client. 10. Company Admin/Supervisor able to pull out reports (daily, weekly or monthly). More discussion upon confirmation to hire.
