We are a charity looking for a new site to be built that would would house and serve multi pourposes. First a bit about our conpany. We do drug and alcohol testing for volunteers. Basic software info. Will be web based. PHP prefered / SQL A desktop (cross platform) GUI would be nice but not necessary. Must utilize 2FA Basic Funtionality —Back End— We drug test a person, we need to be able to house thier basic information (basically a CRM) When a drug panel has been completed we then input the results in the back end. We should be able to also generate a email from the back end that allows us to send to either the employer and or the employee the results ate available online and they can log in and view them. The backend should also be able to upload documents such as lab tests results. Bonus would be if able to do it via an iphone either from an App or via the web browser and camera. —Front End— Em
