Editing and retouching 4 pictures (2 portraits and 2 half body in business style)

Task: Editing and retouching 4 pictures of me. Careful work is important to me. The scaled-down illustrations in the PDF are only for illustration purposes. I will upload the jpg files (each about 8 MB) separately when I have chosen a freelancer. Each photo: Please remove background carefully. Cut off single hairs or fill hair so that a consistent contour is created (no white areas may appear on inserting another background) – particularly demanding areas are marked in picture 1. Face retouching: Removing red dots and bigger skinfolds. Making teint/complexion looking good and natural. Save as png (without background/transparent so I can insert another background to the pictures) in high resolution. Additionaly in picture 2: Remove reflection in mouth. Additionally in picture 3: Reduce veins on the back of the hand as marked. Additionally in picture 3 and 4: Smooth shirt wrinkles where marked. Correct suit sleeve where marked. If you have questions or suggestions for a better result, please do not hesitate to contact me. There is no hurry, but the job should be done within a week. Of course are images and files to be kept confidential. All copyrights are mine. I do not agree with the fact that my project and/or my photos are shown as a reference.
