I'm working on building a excel calculator that will be used to build a website. This calculator will use data from each state. Each state has different fees and ways to get oversize and overweight permits cost. Attached is a start to the excel file and all 62 pdf's with data that will be used for calculator. How this will work is user will input origin, destination, load dimensions and weight. Calculator will output: Oversize permits and prices Overweight permits and prices Police escorts if needed superload info This will be calculated based on the parameters entered by user. For inputs I’m not looking to integrate with google maps at this time we can just manually put miles and states in the excel sheet with miles for each state for now. Requirements: Must be proficient in excel Review all 62 PDF’s come up with best way to organize data. (example pdf might not be best way) You will enter all data from provide pdf's on 50 states and 11 Canada into excel. Must come up with formulas to get outputs from inputs Must be able to have skype calls we will be working on this together

Dear Employer, Below is a summary of what I understood you require: - User will input rigin, destination, load dimensions and weight. - On the basis of that calculator will tell permit, price, police escorts and superload info. - Miles will be entered manually to get this info. We can even pre define this in excel (can discuss) - I have reviewed PDFs TEXAS 1218, NEBRASKA 1018 (1) and OKLAHOMA 1218 (2), will extract data from each of those PDFs for 50USd and 11 Canada states. - Will place all the formulas.
