Expert Video Editor needed for YouTube Intro/Outro

Hi there,
We’re after a Video Editor who has experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
We need you to use our current logo to make a glitch effect intro an outro and a small template for of a title appearing in the top middle of the screen and another to appear in the right hand side. About 15 seconds of video maximum.
Once we have received your proposal we will be able to share logos, text, examples and contact information to send videos back and forth.
- YouTube Intro in a glitch effect style with some retro cyber punk colours. maximum 5 seconds long.
- Outro that can be your own creative doing.
- Transition title text in the top middle of the screen.
- transition text box in the right hand side of the screen to put extra information in.
It will just be used for. YouTube video about some headphones though will be used as a template for our team for our other videos.

Selection for this project will be made before the 24th May 2018.
We currently have a budget of $75 for this project.
