Finllect: Freelance graphic designer required (URGENT)

Dear Sir/Ma'am Hope you are doing well! My name is Huma Shaafie and I am working as a Lecturer at Middlesex University Dubai. Me and my three other colleagues are part of a community impact project called 'Finllect' in UAE. Finllect is part of e7- Daughters of the emirates initiative. We as a team are planning to formulate a mobile application, which will focus on imbibing financial literacy amongst 16-23 year olds. Presently we are designing screens and wireframes for our application. We require the following information from you: 1) As our application will have 3 distinct features, we will require a graphic designer to design 25-30 illustrations in total for our application. Approximately, how much will be the fixed charges? 2)We want to hire a graphic designer on a fixed and not hourly rate. As our project is time sensitive, the designer should be ready to work subject to the time constraints. 3) Please let us know if you can provide us a freelance graphic designer to design illustrations at a minimum cost. We have a limited budget and our project is for community benefit. 4) To enable us to share the details of our features, please forward us your non disclosure agreement, so we can share the application's intricate details. 5) Example: We hence need illustrations that will allow users to: 1. create a female/male persona 2. The persona (character) would change according to the user's spending behaviour, for instance, if the user spends a ton on food, then it the user's account and progress report shall demonstrate a sink of dirty dishes, or a user sitting on top of a pile of food.
