Flutter Send Message Form

I need a Flutter programmer to design me one Form *************************************** Flutter skills are absolutely necessary! *************************************** 1) Send Message Form (See attached images) ========================================== - Send Message Form (Twitter Like) - Option to pick image from camera and gallery (use flutter file_picker package or image_picker package. If you want to use another package we'll have to previously check compatibility with our main project!) - Option to include a "pool" in message - "Pool" editor (see attached image TwitterLikeWithPool) - Message recipients has a "Type" and a "Group" (see attached image TwitterLike01) - "Type" recipient is selectable from a DropDownButton with a few options - "Group" recipient is selectable from a DropDownButton with a lot of options (please provide at least 50 fake options). This DropDownButton must allow multiple choices with checkboxes (see attached image TwitterLike01) - "SEND" Floating Action Button - All texts must be provided in separated strings. Please do not hardcode them into widgets You must provide basic elements funcionality (buttons/icons/links clickable, fake data on lists, etc...). No database or server connection will be necessary! Screen rotation must behave consistently You must provide the flutter source files (dart language) and related resource files. IMPORTANT: Trust the attached images only to understand the functionality of the form. The design does not have to be the same! Even the "dropdown multiselect" is pretty ugly. We need a more elegant one! IMPORTANT II: Cache images locally (use CachedNetworkImage)
