Any Customer that open an account in our website will pay a little fee for that account, before they can obtain their unique code and before their account can be Active in their account dashboard. Automated Email will be sent to any customer that opens an account in our website. I want on the loading of this website each time, a popup page will display on the website asking the visitor to open a service account. The visitor can either choose to fill their details to open the account or either close the popup notification, then in interval of 10minites or less another popup notification will appear again asking the visitor to book for a service, the visitor can also choose to book for the service or close the notification. In login feature, an integration of customer USER NAME or EMAIL or THEIR SERVICE UNIQUE CODE and PASSWORD will be made for their login authentication I don’t need newsletter in this website. Newsletters messages I will be sending to customers will be for only the customers that open a service account in my website. Please know that in account opening features an option for customer vehicle details is also needed. In this option I want customer that has more than one vehicle or bought new vehicle to be able to update their vehicle details, with each vehicle unique details. If Customer opens a service account in our website with one vehicle details, if they want to add extra vehicle they can still do that in their account. I want to be receiving notifications in any updates that the customer has made in their account, and as the Admin I want to have full control over the details of customer like their vehicle details to be able to deactivate any invalidated vehicle add by the customer. I also need a notification of every action performed by the customer user account. I want this website to be notifying me each time customer made an updates in their personal details or vehicle details. Yearly calendar will be applied in this feature. We need integration of Seconds, Minutes, Hours, Days, Weeks, Months and Years in this website and in the customer account. SERVICE BOOKING: All the services that we rather will be integrated for customers to book online. I need online yearly calendar and service tracker for customer to track their ongoing service, their next hour or day of service. Customer that didn’t have a service account with us wouldn’t be able to book for any service. Customer must first open an account with us before they can be able to book for any service. In service booking details there will be an option for customer service code. In the customer account dashboard I need a feature that will be given an account of their service activities which will be controlling by the Admin, for customer to know if their service is Active, Processing, Pending or Delivered or Closed. Let there be integration of notification to the customer for every action perform by the Admin cosigning their service Activities. If the Admin set the customer service to be Active or Processing or Pending or Delivered or Closed let there be immediate notification to that same customer. AUTO EMAIL RESPONSE: Auto Email Response that customers receive for account opening should be different from service booking and some other services. CHATTING FEATURE! Chatting Account is also needed in this website, for visitors to be able to chat with us when we are online and send us an Email when we are offline. I need a genuine API Plug-in for this. OFFLINE PAYMENT! I need a template design with my Company Bank Account Details and the Bank logos. EMAIL SIGNATURE! I need a Template Signature design and Coding for my Yahoo and Gmail Email address. It will contain all the necessary info needed. My contact phone numbers will not be visible instead there will be a name and my company logo that will be displayed for each contact. When customers click it, it will link to their dial number, while the phone number will be on dialing process our logo and name used for the integration will appear on the phone screen of the person dialing the number. SERVICE PAGES: I have lots of services and in each service page, there will be a click that will link to service booking page. Customer can choose to book directly through that page without going to any service page. There are some particular services which customer need to tick on each block basically to the features of services they needed, customer can choose 3 or 6 or 10 features of service needs they needed at the same time, in that particular service page. A scroll of all vehicle types can be made for customer to choose their vehicle type and model on some service details. FREE OFFERS! Page provision shall be made to advertize our free service offers. Every service will have their brand icon designs, which identify the task of that particular service, just as it was shown in this website for example.
